The AiDOPTION Scorecard measures AI adoption across five maturity levels. Understanding where you sit — and what the next level looks like — helps you plan a clear path forward.

Initial

Score 0 – 24 / 100

AI adoption is absent or entirely ad hoc. Tools are used sporadically by individuals with no formal strategy, and organisational awareness is minimal. The immediate focus should be on building foundational understanding and securing executive sponsorship.

25–49

Emerging

Score 25 – 49 / 100

Early AI initiatives are underway but lack coordination or governance. Pockets of enthusiasm exist, but efforts are siloed and outcomes are rarely measured. The priority is creating structure, shared language, and cross-functional alignment.

50–69

Defined

Score 50 – 69 / 100
